Huangshi Xiangsheng Wan is a traditional Chinese medicine formulated to disperse wind and clear heat, resolve phlegm and dissipate nodules, and benefit the throat to restore the voice. It is commonly used to address symptoms such as hoarseness, throat swelling and pain, dry and burning sensation in the throat, presence of phlegm, fever and headache, constipation, dark urine, and acute or chronic laryngitis.

Usage and Dosage

• Administration: Oral
• Adults: 6 pills per dose, three times daily, after meals.

Precautions

1. Avoid spicy foods and seafood during medication.
2. Pregnant women should use with caution.
3. Use with caution in cases of hoarseness and throat pain accompanied by cold symptoms such as chills, runny nose, etc.
4. Not recommended to be taken simultaneously with warming tonic Chinese medicines.
5. Use with caution in individuals with cold stomach and loose stools.
6. If symptoms such as palpitations, chest tightness, cough, shortness of breath, or blood in sputum occur, seek medical attention promptly.
7. For early-stage vocal cord nodules or polyps, or in more severe cases, use only under medical supervision.
8. If no improvement is observed after 10 days of use, or if new symptoms appear, consult a physician.
9. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. Children, breastfeeding women, and elderly patients should use under the supervision of a physician.
10. Not recommended for individuals with known hypersensitivity to the product. Use with caution in those with allergic constitutions.
11. Discontinue use if the product's characteristics change.
12. Children should use under parental supervision.

用法用量

• 口服：炭衣丸一次6丸（每丸重0.133克），一日3次，饭后服用。

注意事项

1. 忌辛辣、鱼腥食物。
2. 孕妇慎用。
3. 凡声嘶、咽痛，兼见恶寒发热、鼻流清涕等外感风寒者慎用。
4. 不宜在服药期间同时服用温补性中成药。
5. 胃寒便溏者慎用。
6. 声哑、咽喉痛同时伴有其他症状，如心悸、胸闷、咳嗽气喘、痰中带血等，应及时去医院就诊。
7. 用于声带小结、息肉之初起，凡声带小结、息肉较重者应当在医生指导下使用。
8. 服药10天后症状无改善，或出现其他症状，应去医院就诊。
9. 按照用法用量服用，儿童、哺乳期妇女、年老体弱者应在医师指导下服用。
10. 对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
11. 本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
12. 儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
13. 请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
14. 如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
