Product Description

Coltalin-DM is formulated to effectively relieve various symptoms associated with the common cold, hay fever, and respiratory allergies. It addresses sore throat, runny nose, body aches, watery eyes, nasal congestion, cough, sinus congestion, pressure, and headaches related to colds and allergies.

Active Ingredients per Tablet:

• Acetaminophen: 325 mg
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate: 2 mg
• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide: 10 mg
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride: 5 mg

Indications

This product contains an antihistamine, nasal decongestant, and cough suppressant, providing relief from symptoms such as:

• Cough
• Sinus congestion and pressure
• Headache associated with colds and allergies

Usage and Dosage

• Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours.
• Children 6 to 12 years: Take 1 tablet every 4 hours. Do not exceed 5 tablets in 24 hours.
• Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor before use.

Warnings and Precautions

• Do not use if currently taking or have recently stopped taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI).
• Consult a doctor before use if you have conditions such as glaucoma, heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, or trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland.
• Avoid alcoholic beverages while taking this product.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• If nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Storage: Store at room temperature, 15-30°C (59-86°F), away from light.
